The Med Season Is Well and Truly Setting Sail!

I can’t believe the Monaco Grand Prix is over already! I can’t believe I saw so many delicious boats docked in one marina! Renault’s official hospitality yacht, Force Blue, the totally awesome ‘Princess Mariana', a James Bond themed ‘Quantum of Solace’, and Richard Branson’s new catamaran, ‘Necker Belle’, which sailed over from his private Necker Island retreat in the Caribbean! Even spotted Jenson Button’s official craft, all shiny chrome handrails!
The really great news is that the Valencia Grand Prix is coming earlier this year! Instead of being in late August as it was last year and in 2008, the 2010 race is scheduled for late June, that’s only about four or five weeks time!
The European Grand Prix is always a great weekend! I know the Dream Marine boys have been putting final touches to some of their most fabulous ‘Elite’ boats ahead of time. The RM Elegant is looking great! She tends to be taken out to the Bahamas and the Caribbean during the winter so the crew are definitely up for a change of scenery now that the Med season is in full swing and I defy anyone not to just love taking a jacuzzi on deck!
